Information we collect
When you submit an availability request, we collect your name, email address, phone number, requested party date, party ZIP code, and estimated number of children. Our website and analytics tools may also process technical and usage information, such as your device, browser, approximate location, referring page, clicks, scrolling, navigation, and interactions with the site.
How we use information
We use form information to check availability, determine whether the event and location fit our backyard package, respond to your request, discuss delivery and setup needs, provide requested services, maintain business records, and protect the website from misuse. We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers
We share information only as needed with service providers that help operate the website and respond to requests. Vercel hosts and processes website requests, Resend delivers form submissions by email, and Zoho provides our business email service. Analytics providers, including Google services configured through Google Tag Manager, may process technical and usage information. These providers process information on our behalf under their own service and privacy terms.
Microsoft Clarity and session analytics
We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use our website and to improve its usability, performance, and effectiveness. Clarity may collect interaction data through cookies and similar technologies and produce session recordings, heatmaps, and usage reports showing activity such as clicks, scrolling, navigation, and page interactions. Microsoft processes this information as our analytics service provider under the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
How long we keep information
We generally retain availability-request information for up to 12 months after submission. We may keep information longer when reasonably necessary to complete a booking, maintain required financial or legal records, resolve disputes, or protect our rights.
Deletion requests
You may ask us to delete your form information by emailing rentals@soaringcelebrations.com. Please include enough information for us to identify your request. We may need to verify your identity and may retain records that we are legally required or permitted to keep.
